Recommendations until you get to our office:
Take analgesics such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Advil (Ibuprofen), if you are not allergic to either. Ibuprofen products have the added benefit of being high-grade anti-inflammatory. Over the counter products such as ambesol can be found at pharmacies and should temporarily relieve the pain.
